Manual massage - by segments, for 10 minutes - Balneotherapy: Use of pools with thermal water (33-35°C): outdoor, indoor-outdoor, and indoor pools within the Wellness center, hydrokinetic therapy (group exercises in the pool with medicinal thermo-mineral water), bathing in pools and " whirlpools" in Gornja Banja
- Use of the Wellness center
- Daily use of sports courts
- Use of the entertainment room
- Health trail walks
- Morning exercises with a physiotherapist
